Momba Collins Chia, MHA

PRESIDENT & CEO

Momba C. Chia founded CHIA DEX in July of 2010, focusing on e-Commerce for medical consumables, laboratory equipment’s and some industrial products. He led the organization’s strategic growth and spear headed the expansion into full range management consulting solution.Chia leads the executive leadership & management team, business development & expansion strategic initiative for the firm.

He is also responsible for the financial sustainability and Federal/State regulation adherence.Prior to starting CHIA DEX, Chia served in various leadership roles including Assistant Practice Manager for KC MDPC President of WNY Healthcare Collaborative Council VP MSO Operations & COO at Greater Buffalo United Accountable Healthcare Network (GBUAHN) and Director of Public Health at Kaleida Health.

Chia has been recognized by the prestigious American College of Healthcare Executive (ACHE) Regent’s Award for his dedication to the advancement of healthcare in WNY area. He is active in the community: serving as the Board President, Healthcare Executive Forum – WNY ACHE chapter President of Cameroonian Association of Buffalo and member – D’Youville College Health Service Administration Advisory Board.

Chia holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from New York State University At Buffalo and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY.

Miranda Achu Chia, MSA

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mrs Achu Chia has a Masters of Science in Data Analytics with 10 years experience in management and finance operations. Her experiences in complex business data & finance operations enables her to translate business concepts to reality driven by data science.

She is an expert in back end design and front end configuration to improve business processes. In this role, she leads data management & analytics of all projects, using data to fulfill business intelligence initiatives on cost containment & optimization for clients. She also leads activities related to creation of data warehouse for clients needs.


Pamela Tebebi, PhD

CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER

Dr. Tebebi, is an innovative engineer with a passion for medical device and healthcare technology. She received her BE from Vanderbilt University, MS from The University of Texas, Arlington and her Ph.D. from the Catholic University of America in Collaboration with National Institute of Health.

Dr. Tebebi has over 10 years of experience in medical device industry supporting sales and engineering, providing global support to field service engineers, designing and developing training materials, capabilities in biomedical sciences designing and conducting pre-clinical studies and expertise managing R&D programs from conception to commercialization.

Michael Ayanbadejo(MB;BS,MPH)

CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER

Michael Ayanbadejo(MB;BS,MPH) is a physician(Foreign trained) with over 12 years of progressive healthcare experience,public health professional and population healthcare specialist who addresses questions of clinical and social determinants of health.

He is an expert in design and execution of different types of population health studies including prospective observational studies,retrospective database analysis and medical chart reviews.

He leads and mentors professionals/cross-functional teams in use of data(claims or EMR) to provide solutions to concerns of health care systems/institutions.

He is committed to a vision of improving healthcare services/systems globally and bridging the gap between clinical care and social/community services(social determinants of health).

Kenneth N. Che (RN, BSN)

DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Kenneth N. Che, RN BSN is a seasoned nurse with over 18 years of experience. He has served in various roles including but not limited to Lead Clinical Nurse Manager, Admissions Nurse, Nurse Lead Recruiter and Charge Nurse in ambulatory, acute & sub-acute healthcare facilities.

He has been instrumental in instilling patient centered and compassionate care in his past experiences which earned his recognition as a leader in compassionate nursing.

In this role, Mr. Che leads nurse staff activities and overseeing nurse clinical & administrative functions.

Verjaun P. Gordon, PhD

VP OPERATIONS

Dr. Gordon, is an information systems technician expert and an academicadministration advisement professional with 10 years of experience in hard ware/ software systems management and 15 years of academic administration experience. Dr. Gordon received his BA from Southern Illinois University, and MS as well as Ph.D. from Jackson State University.

Dr. Gordon served several years in the United States Navy as an information Systems Technician providing hard ware and software support to the Naval Aviation Station Squadron of VS-41 in San Diego, California. He also held several positions in administration at Jackson State University where he received his Ph.D. from. Dr. Gordon has a passion for information technology and a diverse background in both university and corporate settings, with extensive experience in research, instructional, and enterprise computing, as well as telecommunications.

As VP of Operation, Dr. Gordon works in collaboration with the COO in leading client’s software configuration and IT related hardware needs/inaitive. He will also leads recruitment process for technical staff need and plays a vital role in system alignment.

Dale Martin

VICE PRESIDENT, PARTNER RELATIONS

Dale Martin, leader, educator, business consultant and community activist are just a few things that describes who he is. He’s has devoted his life to helping others, pursuing levels of higher education and leading by example.

In addition to his strategic partnering with Chia Dex Ventures, Dale is also Owner of Martin & Associates, and WNY@Work Business Network Company. A B2B Business Services Company, with specializations in the areas of Strategic Planning and Acquisitions, Franchise Sales and Business Brokering, Staffing, Corporate Training, Professional Skills Development for Executives Leaders, and the is founder WNY@Work- Partners With A Shared Vision, an Annual Executive Leadership Conference held each year in the month of April.

Dale is a graduate and alumni of Leadership Buffalo; a member of Cambridge Who’s Who, A Registry of Business Executives. He has earned a number of IT Certifications over the year, has earned The Certified Business Professional Certification in Leadership through the International Business Training Association of America. A graduate of D’Youville College, Harvard Business of Buffalo, an accomplished Business Improvement Specialist with Six Sigma Training from the University of Buffalo Center for Industrial Effectiveness, and Daemen College, Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Change from Daemen College.

In addition to his academic achievements, he still finds time to spend with family and friends and give back to the community that has given so much to him. .He has participates in various walk a thons supporting the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and has helped raise awareness for teens and young adults in the nine zip code area of Buffalo dealing with high pregnancy rates and other social and economic determinates through his Radio Show-WNY@Work-ESPN 1520 AM, and partnership with Hope Buffalo.

He is an active board member at SUNY-EOC, where he had volunteered his time working with the students and faculty members with course programming, mentoring and career development. He was awarded the Friends of University at Buffalo-EOC Award at their commencement ceremony. He has been a mentor for the Realm Leadership Program at the University of Buffalo, guest speaker for several mentoring programs for young men, and his favorite, reading to school aged children during the Dr. Seuss birthday observance at several Buffalo Public Schools.

Dale believes that it is his duty to be the best he can be, and to continue to give back to his community, that he also completed with the City of Buffalo- Mayor Citizen Participation Academy to get a better understanding on how city and county government work, and to learn how he can be utilized to the fullest and really become an ambassador of this community.

In summary, Dale’s personal statement reads like this. Throughout life; I have learned that my experience and education have a social responsibility; that is to be used to educate and empower others for the betterment of society. Additionally, the relationships I have built over the years are essential, and have empowered me with the leadership skills and ethics that make for a strong foundation to serve my community and fellow business partners.
